Retailer Account Questions

Is my account active immediately?

No. The account is created with pending status and must be reviewed and approved by a BeyondBevs administrator before wholesale access is activated.

Who can apply for a retailer account?

Liquor stores, bars, restaurants, convenience stores, hospitality businesses, and other eligible licensed retailers may apply.

Why do you request a delivery address?

The delivery address is saved to the WooCommerce account so approved retailers can order products without entering their primary location again.

What happens if I already have an account?

The application will not create a duplicate account. Use the existing account login or contact BeyondBevs for account assistance.
